The management team of House of Knowledge recently traveled to London, UK to take part in the International Smart Match Jobs Fair, a 2-day international teachers’ recruitment fair for teachers from worldwide. During the fair, the House of Knowledge management team met with many highly impressive candidates and many outstanding CVs. This is the second time we have attended this international recruitment fair. We hope to continue to attract more excellent teachers to House of Knowledge through the high-quality recruitment platform.
In addition to our commitment to our selective recruitment process, House of Knowledge also provides continued professional development for faculty though seminars, workshops and several in-house training opportunities throughout the school year. Examples of such training includes: International Primary Curriculum series training, International Early Years Curriculum series training, Professional Development Day training for teachers twice a year, 2 weeks teachers professional training in August every year, WASC training, Cambridge Primary English training. We believe that clear career planning and abundant vocational training can help teachers devote themselves to teaching more attentively and sustainably, thus ensuring the quality and stability of teaching resources for our students.
